That's why I ask you to confirm the order ASAP. We will try our best to get the goods ASAP (about 15 days), but we can't accept that a one-day delay will require paying US$500. I believe that nobody can accept this point either, and I'm sure I have offered you a fast delivery date. Thanks for your understanding and support.

In addition to some unavoidable factors, we will definitely deliver the goods within the specified delivery time. The transportation time is provided by the freight forwarding company for reference only. However, we will follow up the progress of goods transportation every day so that you can receive the goods as soon as possible

According to the arrangement of the order, the production time of our factory is generally 15–20 days, and the shipping to your country is about 40–45 days, so you need to execute the order plan 2 months in advance to receive it.

All T.I. professional audio products have a 3-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.  However, if damage is caused by improper personal operation,we can sell the accessories for you to replace. I hope you understand it.
